FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is an estate/household sale?
An estate/household sale is the sale of personal property-furniture, china, antiques, books, pictures, automobiles, watercraft, sports and lawn equipment, tools, recreational vehicles.
2. Do you charge for consultation?
No, The Consultation is Free.
3. How much does it cost?
Our fee is a percentage of the total sale. The sales of automobiles, boats and large equipment charges are priced separately.
4. Who determines price?
Members of our team have a combined experience of over 50 years in related services.
In an estate/household sale we have prices on all the items.
We have an extensive library of current resale price lists and resource materials.
Since, our fee is based on the total sale, it is to our advantage to sell your items at the highest possible price.
5. How is my property left after the sale?
The house is left broom clean. 
6. Do you offer other services?
We can pack and ship items you want to keep. A hourly rate is charged, plus packing supplies.

8. How and when do I receive my money from the sale?
You receive your money after the sale by certified check within seven days.

9. Do real estate agents use your services?

 Agents like estate/household sales because more people will see the house during the estate/household sale than at any other time, often the house is sold during the sale.
