I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the way you handled my mother's estate sale. Since her apartment was in Florida, and my sister in law and I live in the Northeast, it would have been very difficult for us to run an estate Sale ourselves. Everything was very well organized, and you certainly went out of your way to be fair. What pleased me, too, were the positive comments which were made by the other residents of Bay Village where the sale was held.
