Dear Peggy,
We consider ourselves so fortunate to have been given your name when we needed to sell the contents of my mother-in-law’s apartment in Bay Village. Although we had several furniture dealers give us offers, it was clear to us that you would provide a much more personal and complete solution to the problem. Since we live so faraway, we needed someone whom we could trust to oversee the entire process of pricing, advertising and selling all the items that remained in the apartment. You were as good as your word.
We were completely comfortable with handing you the key and allowing you to organize the sale in the manner you thought best. You kept us informed and did not hesitate to contact us if there was a decision that you thought we should make. We were impressed by your attention to detail and the research you did to determine that the prices you were asking reflected the value of the merchandise being sold.
All in all, it was a true pleasure to work with you. You understood that the process of letting go of the objects that are accumulated over a lifetime is a very emotional experience. We appreciated the sensitivity that you showed in dealing with us and with my mother-in law.
